Ordering and Shipping
Orders are accepted through our on-line shopping cart, and will be shipped
within two business days. Since our products are generally shipped to customers
within Illinois, books and CDs ship via Media Mail to minimize postage costs. Other
packages weighing less than 13 oz. will ship via First Class Mail; if more than 13 oz. will ship
Parcel Post or Priority Mail.
Charges are handled through our PayPal Shopping Cart, which accepts Visa,
MasterCard, Amex, Discover and PayPal. We never view your credit card number!
Orders are not returnable unless the product is defective. Defective
products must be returned within 30 days of order.
